This will help the bonding material or the composite resin to properly adhere to the surface of the tooth. Then the bonding material or the composite resin will be applied, molded, and smoothened. After this, the bonding material or the composite resin will be hardened using a special light or laser. Once it hardens, the dentist will sharpen the resin by trimming it and then polish it to make it look like your natural tooth.
   

3. Duration: The dental bonding process takes around 30 to 60 minutes per tooth.
